When we opened our doors, our philosophy was to be accessible to everyone.  As an Australian psychology practice providing support to people from all walks of life, we pride ourselves on being responsive and readily available to meet with you to provide you the level of quality care you need.

Our compassionate and highly experienced team of psychologists are here for you. We can meet with you online via a video call, or in person at one of our selected locations. We want to make this process easy for you, because we care about your mental health and wellbeing.

Anxiety

Through CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) we can help you learn how to identify and manage factors that contribute to your anxiety. We will assist you in understanding how your thoughts contribute to our symptoms of anxiety. 

Depression

Depression is extreme sadness which can impact activities of daily life.  Counselling can assist with identifying life events that maybe contributing to your depression, as well as assist in identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and provide you with the strategies and tools to cope with the symptoms more effectively.

NDIS

Psychological therapy can be particularly helpful for individuals with disabilities who may experience anxiety or depression. Tiviti can help individuals with disabilities who may feel stuck or overwhelmed by their circumstances or have experienced abuse, neglect, or other forms of trauma.

 

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Some events can result in long-lasting effects that impact the rest of your life or relationships. We can support you in building a sense of worth and conquer these feelings and effects. 

Dealing with Health Concerns / Disabilities

Whether it is you, or someone close to you that is living with a disability, injury or illness, there are many factors that can affect your mental health and well-being.
Understanding what can be done and assistance to help address these feelings is available.

Work Related Stress / Bullying / Harassment

Workplace bullying/harassment can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and depressed, which may affect other aspects of your life such as relationships or study. Counselling can assist with assisting you in developing better coping skills to deal with conflict and stress more effectively.

 

Adjustment Disorder Following Injury / Illness

Major changes in your life can affect areas of your personal life, relationships, and work. Learning to manage and develop skills to address this is paramount in moving forward and building a better life.

Pain Management

Being diagnosed with chronic pain or working through an injury or illness can affect many areas of your life. We can assist you to rise above this and learn to improve your quality of life.

Our psychologist are also SIRA approved and can assist individuals who have a current work cover claim.
